I really appreciate Morgan Brown article on designing flows, something we have been doing for quite some time with really good results. The flows / patterns have to be designed also when it comes to using a service and even looking for content.
The challenge we have right now is to design a powerful flow that engages users in filling a huge, complex and somehow scary report. Such a flow is at the very core of the crowdsourcing project.
With Antonio we came up with an original solution based on best practices in design of user registration forms; we are now building the mockup, but we have no idea how well it might work.
